It’s here… time to take a look at the highlights from the second Black Deer Festival of Americana & country.

Whether by watching this we’re taking you back, or giving you a taste of our world. One things for sure – we can’t wait to show you what we’ve got planned for Black Deer Festival 2021, and to welcome you all to the deer park next summer for another weekend celebration of Americana & country like no other in the UK.

To the highlights…

And here’s what a few others said about their time with us in the deer park in 2019…

“It’s to the festival’s credit that it can offer a degree of diversity which opens ears and eyes to new horizons.”

“There’s something in its wholesomeness, friendliness and simple good spirit that’s utterly irresistible. And most importantly the music – country, folk, bluegrass, roots and blues – is consistently good and sometimes great.”

UK Festival Guide

“Built with love and delivered with precision, Black Deer Festival is a joyous celebration of Americana.”

The Line Of Best Fit

“My favourite festival… it’s not just about the music, it’s huge!”

Anna Louise Walter, BBC Radio Kent

“This was a diverse audience thinking about and enjoying music in an intelligent way. As an advert for the breadth and quality of Americana, Black Deer is a festival experience that can’t be bettered.”

Americana UK

“Despite increasing capacity to 10,000, Black Deer still feels like one of the most pleasant and laid-back festivals on the UK circuit. Here’s hoping the festival is around for a long time…”

The Bluegrass Situation

“What immediately stands Black Deer apart from other festivals is its attention to detail.”

Folk Radio

“Black Deer is only in its sophomore year, but already feels like a must do on the crowded festival calendar.”

Red Guitar Music

“Firmly establishing itself as the best destination for all things Americana and country…”

Original Rock

“Had a great time at Black Deer… so much great music!”
