What are the opening times of the campsite?
No, all cars must be parked in the car park.
If you are towing a caravan or Trailer tent you will need to park the towing vehicle in a designated car park nearby.
Can I use my converted car/van/truck in the Campervan Field?
No. We only allow campervans, motorhomes, caravans and trailer tents.
Caravans and Campervans are located In the same field
If I'm Camping what areas can I access?
All camping tickets give access to the Arena & General Camping field.
Only Fancy Camping ticket holders have access to the Fancy Camping field.
Only Live In’s ticket holders have access to the Live In’s field.
Only Accessible camping ticket holders have access to the Accessible camping field.
Can I buy an electric hook up for campervans / caravans?
Yes, electric hook ups are available to purchase for Live-In Vehicles – 16amp 1 phase – priced at £50. And can be purchased here.
Can I have a campfire by my tent?
No, campfires are not permitted by tents or to be started anywhere onsite by customers.
Are There Showers in the campsite?
Yes we will have showers in the General Campsite area.
Can I stay in a local hotel or other accommodation offsite?
If camping isn’t your thing, check out our Fancy Camping accommodation options for a more luxurious stay.
Otherwise there are plenty of hotels in the local area.
Can I sleep in my car in the car park?
No, Sleeping in the car park is not permitted.
Can I reserve a camping space?
Camping in general camping is unreserved and on a first come first serve basis.
Is there a shop on site?
Further information coming soon.
Is there a Trolley service on site?
We have Cart To Camp onsite based in the car park where you can hire trolleys for all of your camping equipment.
Hire fees are £10 for 1hr 30mins (minimum hire charge), with £5 charged per 30mins thereafter.
Please note this is payable in cash only and a refundable deposit of £50 is required.

Is there lockers on site?
Lockers are located in the Arena and are operational from arena opening until 23:00 Friday to Sunday.
There is a charge for their use which is paid for via the RFID wristband
Is there a phone charging service on site?
Phone charging is available in the Arena and is operational from arena opening until 23:00 Friday to Sunday.
In the mornings campers can use the Phone charging service at the tricycle that will be stationed in the general campsite from 09:00

Is there Cash Machines on site?
Cash Machines are located in the Arena. There is a charge per use.
I've lost something, what do I do?
Lost & found Property is collected and logged at the Info Point in the Arena. Post Event please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there Baby Changing & Feeding facilities on site?
Yes, these are located in Young Folk in the arena and the Festivals Welfare centre.
Is there a separate Family Camping area on site?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a separate area for family camping.
Can I have a BBQ?
Yes! If you are camping then there are dedicated BBQ areas. Please make sure you use the raised blocks to put the BBQ on so we don’t damage the land.
Any BBQs not in these designated areas will be extinguished.
Don’t ever place a BBQ inside or near your tent. BBQs release fatal Carbon Monoxide even when they cool down.
Can I donate my tent & camping equipment after the festival?
Please take your tent and camping equipment home with you – Eridge Park is a beautiful place home to wildlife and we wish to leave it how we found it.
There is no guarantee of your tent going to charity.
