CAMPFIRES
Customers are not permitted to start campfires onsite. The festival will operate campfires every evening across the site where you can soak up the atmosphere.
BBQS
BBQs are welcome in the campsites. Please make sure you use the designated areas and raised blocks to put the BBQ on, so we don’t damage the land.
Any BBQs not in these designated areas will be extinguished.
Don’t ever place a BBQ inside or near your tent. BBQs release fatal carbon monoxide even when they cool down.
Please dispose of your BBQs in the metal bins provided in the BBQ areas.
SHOWERS
Showers are available in all campsites.
A dedicated accessible shower is in the accessible camping area.
HOTELS & OFFSITE ACCOMMODATION
If camping isn’t your thing, check out our Fancy Camping options which are now on sale for a more luxurious stay.
Otherwise, there are plenty of hotels in the local area.
CAN I RESERVE A CAMPING SPACE?
Camping spots in general camping are unreserved and on a first come first serve basis.
TROLLEYS
A trolley can be a really useful way to get everything you need for your stay from the car park to your camping spot.
You can purchase trolleys from outdoor and camping retailers prior to your stay.
Please note that trolleys are only permitted in the arena if used for young children.
LOCKERS
There are no locker facilities available onsite at this year’s event.

LEAVING TENTS & CAMPING EQUIPMENT
Please take your tent and camping equipment home with you – Eridge Park is a beautiful place home to wildlife, and we wish to leave it how we found it.
There is no guarantee of your tent going to charity, it will likely end up in landfill as they can’t be recycled.
If you are a charity and would like to salvage tents & camping equipment after the festival, please contact us.
LIVE-INS: CONVERTED VEHICLES
We only allow campervans, motorhomes, caravans, and trailer tents. Converted vehicles are allowed if legally road-worthy and able to fit in the pitch size.
Caravans and campervans are in the same Live-in field.
LIVE IN VEHICLE / CARAVAN DROP-OFF
Unfortunately, we can’t take delivery of an unoccupied vehicle and non-ticket holders aren’t allowed within the festival.
You must deliver and collect your live-in vehicle or caravan yourself.

SLEEPING IN TENTS
