The safety and welfare of our customers and staff is Black Deer Festival’s top priority. We have a professional security team located across the event site, in addition to a 24-hour medical and welfare centre located between the arena and campsites.
If you, or anyone, feels unwell or uncomfortable at any point please approach a member of security, staff or visit the medical and welfare centre. All the festival teams will offer immediate assistance without judgement.

Black Deer Festival does not accept any form of harassment or violence towards customers or staff.
If you, or anyone, is feeling unsafe please approach a member of security, staff or bar staff and Ask for Angela. Our staff will know that you are in need of immediate help and will be able to get you away from the situation safely and discreetly.
MEDICAL & WELFARE
The festival provides a 24-hour medical and welfare centre located between the campsites and arena.
The welfare and medical teams are here to help with any issues you may have and offer immediate assistance without judgement.
CHILD ID BANDS
Parents and guardians can collect free child ID wristbands from the welfare centre at the festival.
If you collect one of these wristbands, please write your contact number on the inside before putting on the child.
These contact numbers allow the welfare teams to contact you if the child gets separated.
BABY CHANGING & FEEDING FACILITIES
Facilities for baby changing and feeding are in Young Folk in the arena and the festivals Welfare centre.
Baby food is permitted to be brought into the arena.
BABYSITTING SERVICES
Unfortunately, we do not have babysitting services. You must always accompany your children when at the festival.
WATER POINTS
Drinking water points are located throughout the arena and campsites. Please bring a reusable water bottle with you to refill.
LOST PROPERTY
Lost and found property is collected and logged onsite at the Welfare Centre.
