By Car / Taxi

Use postcode TN3 9HS and then pick up the signs to the festival public car park.

There is a taxi rank outside Tunbridge Wells Station and costs approx. £10 to the site postcode (TN3 9HS).

Three 24/7 taxi companies to use are:

Taxis have been instructed to use the designated Pick Up Drop Off point within the festival site.

Car Share

If your looking for a lift or have a spare seat then sign up to LIFTSHARE. It’s the environmentally friendly way to travel to the festival and will even save you money!

Shuttle Bus

A shuttle bus service for customers will be available throughout the festival running between Tunbridge Wells Train Station and Eridge Park.
Operating hours:
Friday 21st – 09:00 – 02:00
Saturday 22nd – 09:00 – 02:00
Sunday 23rd – 09:00 – 00:30
Monday 24th – 07:00 – 12:00
A Ticket costs £5 which includes a return journey. This is payable in cash or card at Eridge Park stop. RFID payments are not accepted for the Shuttle Bus.

By Train

Tunbridge Wells Train station is the nearest to the festival site. Trains run regularly to this station and then it’s just a short shuttle bus or taxi ride to the festival site.
Customers should not use Eridge Station as there is no access to/from the festival site.
Tunbridge Wells railway station operates services to various London main line stations (London Bridge, Cannon Street, Waterloo East, Charing Cross) and in the other direction, to Hastings.

Car & motorcycle parking

Weekend car parking can be purchased on arrival at the festival for £30, or for the discounted rate of £15 when purchased online in advance.

Daily car parking can be purchased on arrival at the festival for £10, or for the discounted rate of £5 when purchased online in advance.

Weekend motorcycle parking can be purchased on arrival at the festival for £15, or for the discounted rate of £7.50 when purchased online in advance.

Daily motorcycle parking can be purchased on arrival at the festival for £5, or for the discounted rate of £2.50 when purchased online in advance.

CAR & MOTORCYCLE PARKING ONSITE CAN ONLY BE PAID FOR WITH CASH.
 
YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE A PARKING TICKET FOR LIVE INS / CARAVANS / TRAILER TENTS. IF YOU ARE TOWING A CARAVAN / TRAILER TENT YOU WILL NEED TO PARK THE TOWING VEHICLE IN A DESIGNATED CAR PARK NEARBY.
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL LIVE-IN VEHICLES (CAMPERVANS, CARAVANS, TRAILER TENTS AND MOTORHOMES) ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK A LIVE-IN VEHICLE PITCH ONLY.
 
THERE IS NO RE-ENTRY FEE IF YOU EXIT AND RE-ENTER THE CAR PARK AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A VALID PARKING TICKET..
 

Coaches

Any privately organised coaches or mini buses can only park by prior arrangement please contact info@blackdeerfestival.com if you wish to discuss parking for a private coach or mini bus.

Pick Up / Drop off Point (PUDO)

The festival pick up / drop off point is located in the public car park.

This is the point to head to if you are getting a lift or arriving by Taxi.

Please DO NOT DROP OFF ON THE ROAD as this causes delays and is dangerous to other road users and yourself!

Cycling

Unfortunately we don’t offer secure bike storage facilities. Bicycles are not allowed in the Arena or Campsites.
