“Formed in 2013, Jimi Ray and Sam Orr set about creating a sound that harkened back to the good old days of bands that carved a groove out of rock and roll and added piles of volume and napalm-like energy to live shows.
Following a lineup change and releasing their debut EP in 2015, the band have gone from strength to strength gaining a following that includes Matt Pike from High on Fire and Sleep.
The band combines a sound that incorporates older bands such as Thin Lizzy, Free and Humble Pie with added modern twists such as Soundgarden and Alice In Chains.
The band released their first album Ballads of the Godless in 2018 which was included in the Doom Charts at number 3 and was included in the following month’s charts. This album was recorded by Chris Fielding and Simon Jones of the Verve.
2019 saw the band tour Europe and the USA and a follow up to Ballads of the Godless in form of a live album recorded at the famous Whisky a Gogo in Los Angeles.
As of 2020, the band are working on a follow up studio record and small tours around the world.
They also pride themselves on their loud performances, so definitely bring your earplugs…”
